ArunaRBaa Corporate Enterprises LLC (ACELLC), Wyoming, USA is a subsidiary of ArunaRBaa Holding Pte Ltd, Singapore. ACELLC is registered at Wyoming, USA.
ACELLC is a project and investment company and has invested in Sundance Mining LLC (SMLLC) for setting up mining and precious metal ore processing facility in Arizona, USA. The project is at statutory approval and planning stage and in progress and have planned to commission precious metal ore mining and processing plants in the first half of the year 2024/25. AHPLS holds majority stake in the company.
ACELLC will also be dealing in trading of Gold Bullions and other precious metals like Silver, Platinum, Palladium and Rhodium. ACELLC has plans to start trading in Gold Digital Currency.
ArunaRBaa Corporate Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. (ACEPL) Mumbai, India is a subsidiary of ArunaRBaa Holding Pte Ltd, Singapore. ACEPL is registered at Mumbai, India.
ACEPL is a financial consultancy and investment company. AHPLS holds 100% share in this company. ACEPL is in the process of establishing a facility initially for packaging and marketing stevia based natural sweetener brand named Myvia and food-line comprising sweet food products (using Myvia) such as cakes, biscuits, cookies, cakes, chocolates, Indian sweet meat, candies, yogurt, beverages, soft drinks, etc. for diabetic and health conscious consumers. The forward plans are to establish production units in the 2nd year of operation. It is planned to launch Myvia and Food Line in India by December 2024 and then export to the other countries.
