Jasmine Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. was renamed as ARUNARBAA CORPORATE ENTERPRISES PVT LTD. in 2017 by its Chairman and Managing Director Mr. Hitesh Shah. He has two and half decades experience in private equity, investment and infrastructure projects. He has recently successfully arranged USD 100 Million Private Equity for an Indian Corporate.

Mr. Hitesh Shah started his career by profitably completing development of a port and has got immense knowledge for implementation of the large size project. Later on he has been actively working in the finance, private equity and investment line.

Recently the company has identified and finalized the transaction of 371 acres land in New Mumbai for development of A State of the art, Modern, Luxurious Township projects at Kharghar, Navi Mumbai.
